Installing Wogul
System requirements, installation, automatic updates, and running Wogul in the background.
System Requirements
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit) or macOS 12 Monterey or later
- 4 GB RAM minimum
- 200 MB free disk space
- Stable internet connection
Download & Install
- Download the latest installer from the Wogul website.
- Windows: Run the .exe installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
- macOS: Open the .dmg file and drag Wogul to your Applications folder.
- Launch Wogul and sign in with your Wogul account. The first launch walks you through setup.
Updates
Wogul checks for updates when it starts and downloads them in the background. When an update is ready, a banner appears at the top of the app. Restart from the banner to install it. Updates are never installed while the app is copying trades.
Running in the Background
Closing the Wogul window quits the app and stops copying. To keep copying while the window is out of the way, use Minimize to Tray from the tray icon menu. The tray menu also shows whether the copy engine is running and lets you bring the window back or quit.
Turn on Launch on startup in Settings → General so Wogul is running before the session opens.
